Position Summary:To prepare, and oversee preparation of, foods for the parks food and beverage outlet(s) and catering events.
Essential Functions:
Possess a solid background in making soups, stocks, grilling and frying with the knowledge of varied methods and techniques to prepare food.
Handle knives well and operate all kitchen equipment in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
Successfully work with, and lead, others in a close, fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude.
Effectively communicate with and direct hourly Associates.
Safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Coordinate with Assist. Property Manager in order to provide necessary supplies for facilitating events and running Caf?.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
